1. Registration Cancellation<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@kitspire.com with the subject line \u201cSTEM Cancellation.\u201d<\/p>

Deadlines:<\/p>

Cancellations are only possible if made on the same day as the registration date and the refund will be in full minus a 10% processing fee.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Event Postponement or Cancellation<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, your registration will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date.<\/p>

If the event is canceled by the organizers, participants are eligible for a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Refund Process<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approved cancellation request.<\/p>

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
